Open to Clotho’s full members (current dues)
Please check the roster next to the nametag box for errors regarding information, including dues paid column and email address. Make corrections on paper provided.
Three spaces remain open. If more than 3 people tell me today that they want to attend, then all of those names will be put in a hat and 3 will be drawn, with the remaining names put on a waiting list. Those three and all others must send their first installment of $75 (of an estimated total of $175) to Mary L.
Three spaces remain. Almost all have paid $75 deposit. Need to know if Judith M. will allow people to come for 2 days of the workshop?

Clotho’s needs a president.

Clotho’s needs a workshop chairman.

Clotho’s hostess (open building or appoint someone if necessary, bring coffee, tea, condiments, necessary paper products), make coffee & tea.  Sarah F. offered to take on this responsibility, realizing that if weather is an issue others will sometimes need to help out.  Becky B. volunteered to order and bring box lunches for Sunday of the January Retreat.

Clotho’s needs a special events chairman. Kristen H. was asked but declined.

Name tags: Judith T. attempted to see that everyone was wearing a name tag.  Members agreed that we need to do this at every meeting.
